please reach out to a representative and we'll do the best we can to help.
Yes! If your device doesn’t have any lock types associated with it, sell it under our “no locks”
category.
Yes - we're real and ready to buy your device! But don't just take our word for it, see our

reviews that date back all the way to March of 2019. If we were anything but
trustworthy, someone would've spoken up by now.
Yes! We're working hard to bring other devices to the front page of our website. In the
meantime, you can reach out to our customer service department if you have a device for sale
that is not listed on our website. We can purchase iPads, high-end androids, airpods, apple
watches, etc.. There are some devices that we aren't able to purchase, but it never hurts to
ask!
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer any additional value for your used device’s box or
accessories, but we’d still be happy to accept them! :)
Process
Our process is designed to be as simple as possible for our users.
1) Start by selecting your device or devices from our website and completing all steps that follow, to get a quote.
2) Once you accept our offer, you’ll receive an automated email from us with a prepaid UPS shipping label attached to it, as well as instructions on how to properly prepare your device before sending it to us.
3) Lastly, mail your device to us and wait for your transaction to be concluded.
It’s that easy! We’ll email you once your transaction has been concluded and payment has been made, or if there are any issues with your transaction. If there is an issue with your transaction we’ll offer you a revised quote which you can either accept or reject. If you reject our offer, we’ll mail your device back to you for free.

Time in transit varies based on your location. However, once your package is delivered to us,
payment will be made within 1-5 business days (usually under 48 hours). If you're curious about
UPS's estimated time in transit, you can take a look at their "U.S. Ground Maps"; we're
in Arizona.
Offer/Payment
Payment is issued within 1-5 business days (usually under 48 hours) after your package has been
marked “delivered” by UPS.
In order for your offer to remain locked in, you must ship your device within 3 business days of
creating your transaction. As long as your tracking information shows that it was shipped within
3 business days of creating your transactional, your original quote will be locked in. In other
words, your package's time in transit will not affect your price lock.
If we’re unable to honor your original quote for any reason, we’ll reach out to you with the
option to accept a revised quote, or to have your device mailed back to you for
free.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer any additional value for used devices’ boxes or
accessories, but we’re happy to still take them! :)
We offer “Paypal” and “Check”.
If you select “Check” as your preferred method of payment, we’ll physically mail you a paper
check that will arrive to you in 1-10 business days via USPS stamp mail.
If you choose “Paypal”, your payment will be sent instantly after your transaction has been
concluded. As mentioned above, transactions are concluded within 1-5 business days (usually
under 48 hours) of your package being marked “delivered” by UPS. If you choose “Check” as your
preferred method of payment, you’ll receive it within 1-10 business days after your transaction
has been concluded.
Shipping
Unless you’re selling us a brand new device, your device’s box and accessories are not required.
That being said, we always appreciate any accessories or boxes you may want to include, but we
won’t be able to offer any additional value for them.
You don’t need to do this, but we recommend that you do. If your device is brand new, it’s up to
you to decide whether to remove your sim-card or not. We won’t open brand new devices before
reselling them; so if your sim-card is still inside of one, the next user will have it. For
“used” devices, we’ll remove and dispose of any sim-cards that may be left inside, before
reselling it.
If you choose to use our prepaid UPS label to ship your device, your package should arrive to us
in 1-5 business days (depending on your location). The labels we send you are UPS ground, and it
is possible that your package could get delayed in transit, so this is just an estimate. If
you’d like to see a more accurate estimate based on your location, take a look at UPS’s delivery
map for ground shipments here.

Your package is insured for up to $100. If you’d like to insure it for more than $100, we
recommend purchasing your own shipping label. If you choose to purchase your own shipping label,
please reach out to customer support with your new tracking number and your transaction number.
Yes, you can purchase your own shipping label. Whether you’re looking to purchase additional
insurance or upgrade your package’s transit speed, you’re more than welcome to purchase your own
label. If you do decide to purchase your own label, please reach out to customer support with
